Nambiar District 25 Possession Date is set for January 2030 onwards for both Phase 1 and Phase 2. The project will be developed in stages, with Phase 1 officially launched in January 2025, and Phase 2 currently in its pre-launch stage. Construction is planned over a four-year timeline, with RERA approval already obtained for Phase 1 (RERA No. PR/100125/007377), while Phase 2 has applied for RERA and is awaiting clearance.
