El Índice de Tendencias Laborales, originalmente en inglés Employment Trend Index, elaborado por The Conference Board, ascendió en septiembre hasta los 128,51 puntos, en lo que representa un nuevo máximo cíclico. Este nivel es un 1,1% superior al mes de septiembre de 2015.
